The Law Offices of Alfonso Salcines, P.A. is a well-established personal injury law firm handling cases in Miami and across Florida. With a staff of approximately 12 people, including two lawyers and 10 support personnel, we have the legal resources to handle small injury cases as well as catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases.

One of the differences between our law firm and other personal injury law firms is that the two attorneys in the firm are brother and sister. This gives our firm a family enviroment where are clients feel a sense of security and confidence that their case is being handled effectively and in their best interest.
We handle all personal injury and wrongful death cases on a contingency fee basis. This means that our fee will be a percentage of the compensation we obtain for you. If we are not successful in obtaining compensation, there will be no attorney fees. We will cover all costs of preparing your case, including expenses for expert witnesses and accident reconstruction, and deduct these amounts from any settlement or verdict if your case is successful. If the case is not successful, we will absorb all costs.
